The Human Resources Department is searching for a Data Analyst to design and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to facilitate the department’s performance management monitoring in order to contribute to the decision making process. In addition, generate reports to enable the tracking and measurement of the Department’s key processes, to contribute to continuous improvement. The incumbent would play a crucial role in building up a culture around factual approach to decision-making.

This position will be based at our Headquarters office in Palmira, Colombia
